Very few people here on imgflip are mature or rational. The best you can hope for is coherent.

Did you think the interpretation of that meme through. It seems to imply illegal imigrant votes.

Yes, you guys are exactly right. Guys can be roommates in college and we need to trust that they won't do that stuff, however the restroom thing is stills an issue

Liberals are so easy to spot now. Where did they all came from?

So-called liberal: "Roman Catholics are so patriarchal and misogynistic - I could never tolerate a religion that looks down on women! And don't you EVER let me hear you say anything critical of Islam again!"

Muslim view: Behead those filthy queers

Christian view: If two adults of the same gender want to be more than just roommates, that's their business. Likewise, LGBT people still have the right to housing, employment, education, public transportation, free speech, voting, and protection from harassment. But the rest of us cannot be compelled to endorse their lifestyle or give it a gold star. WE still have our right to freedom of conscience -- the right to believe that some things are right and some things are wrong. So we will continue to use our free speech to support heterosexual marriage. And we pity the children adopted by gay couples, for they will either grow up without a mother or without a father.
Transgender folks, meanwhile, can think whatever they want about themselves. But they cannot force the rest of us to pretend we can't see their true gender. We'll continue to protect our daughters' privacy and sanctity in public bathrooms.
What liberals don't seem to understand is that tolerance DOESN'T mean agreement. It means agreeing to DISAGREE.

'"And we pity the children adopted by gay couples, for they will either grow up without a mother or without a father."

As opposed to children raised by single parents, who also only have either a mother or a father?'
They are pitied also

Remember how I have pointed out that hateful people like Steven Anderson do not represent Christianity as a whole? I seriously question his salvation and that of any other such hateful person.
But I suppose that Christianity can't be self authenticating and self identifying?
However, (correct me if I am wrong) in your worldview any individual can self identify as whatever they want, right?
But the institution of Christianity can't self identify and self authenticate based on the very texts we get our beliefs and philosophy from? (Which excludes hateful bigots from being able to enter the kingdom of God, therefore they are not Christians.)
There is a saying that we have in the South that applies to that thinking:
"That dog won't hunt."
Meaning that makes absolutely no rational logical sense and is a bad argument.

Now you're getting it, maybe?
I don't know if you are coming around, but that is what the bible says. There is only a remnant that is/will actually be saved! That was true for the nation of Israel (Romans 9:27) and they were all Israel by birth but only a remnant was saved.
In Matthew 22:14 Jesus said that many are called but few are chosen.

That is because you don't believe the actual texts that we get our philosophy from. You do the exact same thing that you probably accuse all Christians of and what Steven Anderson does: you both "pick and choose."
One simply does not say, "The Old Testament and New Testament condemns homosexuals therefore I can hate them," and actually be a Christian.

Galatians 5
19 Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness,
20 idolatry, sorcery, HATRED, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies,
21 envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things WILL NOT INHERIT THE KINGDOM OF GOD.

So the self identifying Muslims in isis are real Muslims....or no? Because many real muslims say they aren't. Kind of like how you are saying bad people that say they are christians really aren't.

The difference is the peaceful Muslims don’t have an internal mechanism to exclude violent Muslims from the Islamic faith. It is actually the other way around! The Law of Abrogation says that where a “peaceful” Quran verse contradicts a “violent” verse the verse that was revealed at a later date does away with the earlier verse. All of the Meccan surahs were written early in the life of Mohammed when he was in Mecca at peace whereas, all of the Medinan surahs were written later in his life when Mohammed was at war and taking over other lands.
I however allow both the peaceful and violent Muslims to remain Muslims because I understand how internally contradictory their system is, so they are all Muslims no matter what the peaceful Muslims on the television or jihadists on the internet say about each other.
In Christianity the latest revealed truth is also more applicable for the Christian. It doesn’t do away with what was taught earlier but that is why Christians don’t have to follow the Old Testament laws, we are to live what Jesus taught and modeled. There is also the clear teaching of the New Testament that if you practice continual, habitual, repeated sin you are not a child of God and will not inherit the Kingdom of God.

Even Christians need correction and guidance all the time. I've heard about these pastors that praised the Orlando shooting and I will tell you right now as a Christian, they do not speak for anyone but their own selfish belief of retribution for sin. Jesus told his disciples to: Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength; and love your neighbor as yourself. ANY CHRISTIAN SHOULD KNOW THIS, AND BELIEVE THIS WHOLE HEARTEDLY, otherwise they have turned from the word and are only speaking for themselves, not the church, and not for God. If a Christian says anything about wanting people to be killed for any reason, they are forgetting about the love, grace, and forgiveness we are taught through the word.
