When people say 'Black lives matter', they aren't saying they're the ONLY ones that matter. They're saying Black lives matter TOO.

And war do they mean when they say "kill cops" or " kill pigs?"

You can think your race has superior qualities without being racist. It's when you think your race is superior to all others in every way and degrade people for not being that race in which it becomes racist. You can love and care about your people.

As someone who considers themself a liberal, I try not to be intolerant. I think that each side can be intolerant to a degree, and you shouldn't judge them with their "side".
