Yes, that's probably true -- however, it's a milquetoast thing to say, at the time which he said it (after terror attack, in regards to terrorism).... Can't be a 'if it just saved one life' liberal, and then turnaround and say 'well, there's gonna be terrorism, expect it to happen'... We KNOW that terrorism will happen -- what we NEED to know is what sort of strength the leaders have to deal with and fight it -- and what anger they share with the people..
