Speaking of which, if you could explain how not being forced by the courts to distribute however many millions or billions of dollars in funds (nor admit to any wrong-doing) equals Hillary getting "nailed", that would be great...

The layoffs were announced because of controversy around conflicts of interest between her presidential campaign and the foundation. Further, additional layoffs were made after the election and when donations dried up.

After the election the Clinton campaign began bleeding cash and relied on its savings to continue.
