How does propaganda work? What the media outlets will do - is place emotional spin on things they broadcast about. When the media places emotion on the news - it can spin whether people feel good or bad about a candidate. It's nearly mathematically impossible to have those kinds of Negative or Positive spin numbers by chance. It's not chance, it's purposeful.
