We seriously need this. A lotta streams keep having to deal with stupid spammers and it’s extremely annoying. (I.e ms_memer_grou | SO YOU KNOW HOW THERE IS A COMMENT SPAM TIMER THING WHERE WHEN A NEW USER COMMENTS A LOT ON AN IMAGE, IT GIVES THEM A SHORT TIMER? WE NEED THAT FOR SUBMISSIONS. SOME ANNOYING USERS SPAM INAPPROPRIATE AND ANNOYING IMAGES, AND WHEN THE STREAM MODS BAN THEM, THEY JUST SWITCH TO A FRESHLY MADE ALT ACCOUNT AND KEEP SPAMMING. AND THE CYCLE JUST KEEPS GOING UNTIL THE MODS START BLOWING STEAM THROUGH THEIR EARS. MAKE IT WHERE IF A USER UNDER 1000 POINTS SUBMITS AN IMAGE, THEY NEED TO WAIT TWENTY SECONDS BEFORE SUBMITTING ANOTHER IMAGE, OR IF THEY SUBMIT THREE IMAGES IN UNDER 30 SECONDS, THEY GET A SUBMISSION TIMER | image tagged in fall guys temp ig | made w/ Imgflip meme maker
