The armored core inspiration is moreso in the lore than the designs
For example dashing lance very clearly takes inspiration from Gundam with how it's pretty slim and clean looking
The lore however fits more with armored core, rather than a story about a war between two nations in space like in Gundam it's a war between a mega corporation who stepped too far, the people who lost control of their lives because of it, and aliens caught in the middle of it all who just want their planet back
For those who haven't seen the full design or forgot
Lance colors are wrong but I'm thinking of retconning them because this kinda looks nicer. Only reason I haven't fixed it is because this was for a card game playmat and it'd cost 20 bucks to reprint
