Automating it could result in some nasty images being featured, so how about this: It would be simply automatically submitted at that specific time, but it won't be automatically featured, instead, it would be featured when the mods have the time to feature it.

It's a bad idea because some spammers would spam and set all the time and date the same to make better spamming

Good idea, but moderators would still have to approve the meme, unless the stream doesn't require mods to approve them.

Imgflip should add a feature where when you submit a meme, you have the option to have it be featured at specific date and time of your choosing. That way, you don't have to go on Imgflip each time you want to submit a meme. Although, you still have to make the memes to get them featured.
