What if there's toxic users that will harass the person who unfollowed them?

Hundreds of these cases would happen in minutes. Considering Imgflip's small staff size, there's only so much cases that would be resolved. Also, when a case is "resolved", the harasser can simply create a new account, and resume the harassing. It would be less pain to Imgflip's staff to not notify unfollowings.
