WHAT IS THE TRUTH ABOUT THE RELIGION OF “CHRISTIAN” “SCIENCE”? [1 of 2] Do accidents really happen? This quote (from a well-written 1908 article by A.C. Dixon) explains The Truth About “Christian Science”: “The basis of ‘Christian Science’ is the proposition that ‘God is everything and matter has no reality, but is an illusion of mortal mind. Sin, sickness and death have no reality, but are illusions of mortal mind. All evils such as plagues, tornadoes, cyclones, fires, earthquakes and accidents have no reality, but are illusions of mortal mind.’ ” These crazy ideas are the false teachings of Christian Science founder Mary Baker Eddy, who taught about the supposed “allness” of soul and spirit, and the nothingness of matter. Even today, the religion of Christian Science gets all that wrong because they follow her teachings as their ultimate source of authority, rather than the true Word of God in the Bible. They need to rely on Scripture, rather than Eddy’s false teachings that corrupt biblical truth. And the lies put out by many cults were ultimately given to
them through contact with lying demons. By that, I mean organizations like
the Jehovah's Witnesses, Mormonism, and Seventh Day Adventists. Whenever unfortunate followers of those false faiths get back to the Bible, they start to understand how their corrupt founders and leaders, like Mormonism’s Joseph Smith—from a family of practicing witches—put out false claims that contradict the Bible. Charles Taze Russell and Judge Rutherford, the first two leaders of Jehovah’s Witnesses, produced loads of anti-biblical teachings. Like Christian Science and its double-talking founder Mary Baker Eddy, followers of Seventh Day Adventists are taught to ultimately rely on the unbiblical teachings of Ellen G White. But reading the Bible for ourselves forces us to choose one set of ideas over the other, because the Bible contradicts mankind’s corrupt teachings—both cannot be true. Those cult members who finally get into God’s Word, inevitably find their group lied to them. As Christians, our goal must to get duped followers of false faiths to see their Bibles as the ultimate source of authority, the roadmap for life that truthfully explains the nature of God and man, the understanding that sin is real, and the personal work of Jesus that has saved us
from an eternal penalty in hell, if only we would humble ourselves enough to
accept it. We are all immortal, made in God’s image. Where we go after
this life is our decision—will we accept Christ’s help, or not? | image tagged in christian science, mary baker eddy, cult, religion, god, bible | made w/ Imgflip meme maker

HAS ACTOR JIM CARREY BEEN DUPED BY PAGAN HINDUISM? [1 of 2] I won’t say superstar-actor Jim Carrey is a Christian Scientist, but he is another of the Hollywood elites involved with that same sort of mental mess that has grown out of Hinduism and its New Age movement. I want to give you bit of the transcript from Jim Carrey speaking a few years back, when he still physically looked like the same actor we know from his movies. Like all of us eventually go through, more recent photos show how he’s really gone downhill. Listen to this load of New Age gibberish,
and keep in mind that Eckhart Tolle is a false teacher who has sold over
eight million books since being promoted by fellow-New-Ager Oprah:; "A few months ago after knowing Eckhart Tolle for a while and studying the books, I woke up and I suddenly got it; I understood suddenly how thought was just an illusory thing, and how thought is responsible for, if not all, most of the suffering we experience. And then I suddenly felt like I was looking at these thoughts from another perspective, and I wondered, 'Who is it that's aware that I'm thinking?' And suddenly, I was thrown into this expansive, amazing feeling of freedom from myself, from my problems. I saw that
I was bigger than what I do. I was bigger than my body. I was everything
and everyone. I was no longer a fragment of the universe. I was the
universe." All righty then, Jim, being the entire universe
now, it must be hard to find large-enough pants. | image tagged in jim carrey, cult, religion, christian science, mary baker eddy, bible | made w/ Imgflip meme maker

WOULD A TRULY CHRISTIAN ORGANIZATION CLAIM WE DON’T NEED CHRIST? [3 of 3] The
following tenet is among the unbiblical writings of Mary Baker Eddy that today’s Christian Science reveres above the Bible: "We acknowledge that the crucifixion of Jesus and his resurrection served to uplift faith to understand eternal Life, even the allness of Soul, Spirit, and the nothingness of matter." That’s just an ugly pile of “What did she say!?” Unfortunately, people get snookered into Christian Science’s extremely deadly belief system that claims sin, sickness, and even death are not real. So, when you get sick, don't see a doctor; just focus on the problem and fix yourself with your mind, by convincing yourself that the sickness is not real. Just keep telling yourself it’s not happening—deny reality as you most likely get worse and maybe even die. Val Kilmer is just one of countless
Christian Scientists who have had to struggle with the organization’s
false beliefs while dealing with a serious health issue: Diagnosed with
throat cancer in 2014, Kilmer eventually had a two-year bout with it, a struggle that had serious consequences for his life and career. He had to decide whether to follow his faith by denying the cancer even existed, or seek help from medical treatment. According to reports, he ended up accepting chemotherapy and two tracheotomies, and has been cancer free since. He is not able to eat, so he takes food through a feeding tube. Though he likely had consequences from waiting to take treatment, Kilmer woke up to the reality that he needed healthcare. But according to the mumbo-jumbo machinations that happened in Mary Baker Eddy’s mind, Christian Scientists who follow her teachings supposedly get their wakeup moment when each realizes that he or she is the universe. From there they are told to train their thoughts toward only bringing themselves
good. The whole idea sounds New Agey and Hinduistic because that's
really where this deceptive, dangerous thinking came from. | image tagged in christian science, mary baker eddy, god, bible, religion, cult | made w/ Imgflip meme maker

WOULD A TRULY CHRISTIAN ORGANIZATION CLAIM WE DON’T NEED CHRIST? [1 of 3] Though they named it “Christian” Science, this pagan religion tells its followers they do not need to be saved—that Jesus will not help them get to heaven. But what is the barebones definition of a Christ-following (Christian) organization? What does it mean to believe in Jesus and why do we need Him? Why did Jesus go to the cross and why is it so important, as well as the fact that He was able to rise from the grave? Why is it a big deal that He came to earth and died for you and me? Why are we even here on earth still waiting for Jesus to come back? The answer is that sin is real and we all do it through our God-given freewill. But sin is an offense against our perfect Creator, who is love and truth, so it carries horrific consequences that we need help with, we need a be rescued from the dilemma that has us headed for hell.
We must be saved from our situation, so we can be with God in heaven. With that in mind, how can some group calling itself “Christian” Science say we don't need be saved? They claim we do not need help getting saved through Christ, who suffered the most excruciating death to save a sinful, fallen, degrading creation. Was it for nothing? The Christian Science organization might as well be climbing up on the cross and slapping Jesus in face, claiming, “You weren’t good enough to save us. I guess we will have to do it ourselves.” Completely contrary to the clear Word of God, here is the absolutely crazy way the founder of Christian Science, Mary Baker Eddy, taught salvation: "Final deliverance from air is not reached through the paths of flowers, not by pinning one's faith
without works to another's vicarious effort." That mumbo jumbo
was her claiming humans are not saved by relaying
on the work of Jesus Christ. Yet, the organization has
the audacity to call itself a “Christ-ian” religion. | image tagged in christian science, god, bible, cult, mary baker eddy, religion | made w/ Imgflip meme maker

WOULD A TRULY CHRISTIAN ORGANIZATION CLAIM WE DON’T NEED CHRIST? [2 of 3] Does the religion of Christian Science rely on Christ and His Word in the Bible? No. The writings of founder Mary Baker Eddy are the source of authority for this false faith, and here is an example of her anti-biblical and anti-Christian teachings: "Since sin and death are false beliefs, to achieve salvation, the Christian Scientist needs only to find the true reality of understanding, as revealed in Christian Science teachings." She is claiming that sin—and even death—are false beliefs and illusions; therefore, salvation involves overcoming our wrong thinking. With the “realization of our divine spirit” in mind, they say we must acknowledge and commit to
the idea that sin and death do not exist. According to Mary Baker Eddy, salvation has nothing to do with Christ (our Savior and the reason we have Christianity), and there is no sin (the situation Christ saved us from). According to Eddy’s anti-biblical teachings—that today’s Christian Science reveres above the Bible—salvation has nothing to do with death. But the Bible tells us the “wages of sin is death,” and that's why Jesus needed to come and save us. Eddy’s blasphemous version of salvation claims we attain our own salvation when we agree with her, believing sin and death are not real. So, her ideas are completely contrary to the Bible. Knowing even that little bit about Eddy’s teachings,
you can already see how misleading it is for the false religion of
Christian Science to use “Christian” in their name. | image tagged in christian science, mary baker eddy, god, bible, cult, religion | made w/ Imgflip meme maker
