Memers who wish to receive their weekly allowance must report their weekly PRESIDENTS activity to the central banker and request payment by Friday of that week. 4. All transactions must ultimately be publicly recorded, so that everyone knows how much money everyone has at any given time (transactions may be negotiated privately first). Transaction records must include the parties, the price, and a brief description of the activity. Either the buyer or seller may record the transaction. To prevent fraud, transactions may be disputed, and proof that the negotiated-for task was actually negotiated and completed may be required of the seller. 5.
