Transaction records must include the parties, the price, and a brief description of the activity. Either the buyer or seller may record the transaction. To prevent fraud, transactions may be disputed, and proof that the negotiated-for task was actually negotiated and completed may be required of the seller. 5. The central banker has a duty to create a new image page every day on the IMGFLIP_BANK stream to house the transactions of the day. This will help the banker stay organized. 6. The banker may issue financial penalties or suspend the bank accounts of those who attempt fraud or violate the rules.
