I'm ok with all of this except the swearing. I think you should add a rule instead like marking photos of people kissing and memes discussing adult topics sexuality as NSFW, and deleting posts falsely accusing users of having mental disorders (which is against the TOS and I once saw a site mod delete a comment that committed the same offence).
