Equality is poverty. Every time that has been forced on people everyone becomes equally poor. What you need to get over is envy. It does no harm to you if someone has more money than you. Just as it does no harm to the person who has less money than you. Instead look to see what the person who has more money than you and try to emulate what they did.

Equal people are never free and free people are never equal. We are born equal but where we go from there MUST be different. When you try to eliminate those differences to take freedom away.

Why was Kirk's memorial televised. All 4 hours of it was televised. I doubt it was shown on the lamestream media but I know that The Blaze, YouTube and most likely Fox News televised it. CSPAN probably showed it also.

Also do you remember what started this thread? It was a conversation between CzeckyCheese and myself about a video that he and I saw of Kirk at Cambridge University debating college students. Clearly that debate occurred before Kirk was murdered.

I remember where I was when I heard the news. I was in So. Cal visiting family. I was talking to my brother on the phone when he heard it on the TV. We went to visit my brother the next day.
