Christians can discuss better islam better than atheists for dozens of reasons, two of the biggest: Muslims convert to Christianity is large numbers, depending on the country some in secret because of the danger. They know the ins and out of both religions. Another big one is the pedophile mohammed was illiterate. Christian slaves wrote down what the pedophile asked them to. Being familiar with Christian doctrine they quickly realized he was plagiarizing portions and making small changes. When they called him out on it, he had them murdered and got different slaves to write down his BS.
Atheists without at least a baseline understanding of both religions has about as much chance at understanding them as you do, which is none.
