The fact is there is no new schedule for kids. They still go to school at the same time. It has absolutely no effect on the timing of school. If you had kids you might know that. If your a whiner looking for an excuse you wouldn’t.
Wait................What................... I thought other countries were in different time zones. There is a difference in times when you are dealing internationally. DST makes no difference at all when you are working internationally. Totally invalid argument. If you can't drive in the dark then you are screwed either in the morning OR in the evening. That complaint is also invalid. There is no "new schedule" for schools either. No times are changed. 7:00 is 7:00 whether you are in DST or regular time. You have no valid point to make.
A wise old Indian once said "White Eyes are stupid, they think if you cut 12 inches off the top of a blanket and sew it on the bottom of the blanket that that gives them a longer blanket".
If a meeting was scheduled at 9 Am Central time with team members who are in France. What time is it for them? (it's 4 pm).
Now, the American clocks change. That meeting still happens at 9 AM CST. But...the French clocks are the same time they were. The meeting is still scheduled at 4 PM their time.
So, they're showing up at 4 PM their time only to find the Americans had already been in the meeting for an hour.
Want to know how I know this happens? Because I work in corporate 'Murica with offices in London & Paris. And every time the clocks change, this happens.
Or the American can remind everyone via emails that the time change is coming up. But people get busy or forget because they have a million other things to do.
Because Outlook and all the other scheduling platforms lock it in at your time zone. And if your time doesn't change the meeting doesn't change.
But no matter how you deal with it... it's a f**king pain in the ass.

Not to mention that TRUMP, YOUR PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP, still has nothing to do with daylight savings time.
