No government program is ever stopped, it just evolves or goes deeper underground. Just like HAARP and the attempt to control the weather, the station in Alaska may have been powered down, but I'm sure it's replacement is up and running.

I was watching a "conspiracy" video one day watching Doppler radar being used to push a stormfront, and it seems like 9 times out of 10 what is conspiracy today is revealed as fact down the road, after the conspiracy theorists have been thoroughly discredited using thier propaganda arm known as the "news".

Like some of the crazies might believe they gained remote access to particular humans. Like alien software. Now we have adapted to a big brother situation where the TV has no buttons only remote access, and nobody has privacy because their either to busy attached to their phone, or out and about in the ever recorded public.
