...what if an officer feels that another law enforcement officer, or a public bystander is endangered by the vehicle being operated by someone wielding it in an unsafe or reckless manner ?
*Good thing that the other officer stating Orders 4x "GET OUT of the car", with his arm in her window wasn't endangered by Renee throwing it in Reverse, and backing up with him attached, making him
Hooky-Bob alongside her, whilst Becca, upon hearing these orders given to Renee,
instead Becca attempted to GET IN on the passenger side simultaneously.
Escape, Elude, Evade
Be Damned anybody in the way of those goals.
Did the Officer that shot her have every right to shoot Renee, just for what she was doing to the fellow Officer with his arm in the car? Did she leave it in park? Or did she slam it in reverse with that officers arm in her car? Did she then stop, or jam it in drive and take off. Some might contend that the other officer could have been dragged around backwards then forwards and that was weapon enough use of the car to shoot her; let alone hitting the officer that shot her with her car.
Could Renee have left her car parked, rather than attempt to flee the scene ?
