Of course, in SANE states what your partner does, while you are jointly breaking the law, is the same as YOU committing this crime. So conservatives don't care about leftist nitpicking in this regard.

This is, of course, what people are referring to. Floyd did conduct home invasions with a partner and they were both armed.

So not only was the woman not pregnant, you're saying it may not have even been him who pointed the gun at her.

Just because two people involved in the same crime can be charged doesn't mean they both committed the same physical actions.

Aracely Henriquez is known as the victim in a 2007 aggravated robbery case involving George Floyd, where he and others forced their way into her home and threatened her with a gun while demanding money and drugs. At the time of the robbery, she was pregnant.

Look up the word exception. The existence of an exception doesn't invalidate the rule. The exceptions get evaluated on a case by case basic or separate criteria. They used to teach this in school as well. It's u der the basic logic section.

A 2020 Minnesota law came to light after a federal agent shot a woman who tried to drive away from a stop.

The law, signed by Gov. Tim Walz, says if a car moves toward a cop and they think it’s a real threat, they don’t have to wait to get hit.

All they need is to feel like it’s a real threat. No impact required.

Tragic as it was, it’s not hard to see why Trump supporters are pointing out the irony.

Do you think they also point out the irony of the 2025 Supreme Court case that says if a cop steps in front of a car they knowingly place themselves in danger, and the 'moment of threat defense' isn't allowed?

Seems like they should point that out.

She was also ordered to leave.

But here's the thing; ICE has no authority over US citizens. Which means their orders to do anything are... not orders at all.

Also, DHS policy says to not stand in front of a subject vehicle and -here's an important part- to not step in front of a moving vehicle.

It's like they knew they had to differentiate the 2: they're not supposed to stand in front of a car nor step in front of a moving one.
