This is actually common; a lot of small law enforcements agencies only have two categories when they book people white or black. If the charges are upgraded to federal the paperwork follows them.

So still common? Damn I know they only had two categories more than 10 years ago. The Daily Show w. Jon Stewart revealed that back then, and I assumed the social justice stuff would change that standard.

It was hard to find 6 in a row cos I exactly didn't want to spend time cherry picking. But it happened, and three in a row was pretty ordinary. I think I spent 5 minutes on the FBI page and the first two singled out in my comment meme, was for meme build-up.
The thing is that statistics aren't on immigrants' side no matter the country, and that those stats are already skewed to their advantage is insane.
Pakistan recently kicked out shit ton of Afghans and all power to them. Pakistan has serious problems that they take with them to the west, and what ever they need to do to soften its own rot, I'm for it. So they cherry-picked all of the non-white people (Ya know, the ones Dems call "brown" people) who had been listed as white. Because that was the only way they could find out how they were skewing the statistics.
