I watched a yt video on this the FBI had it confirmed it was legit Intel. Names were named. Sources were verified. So yes, this is the real deal.

Except that's not what happened at all. What did happen? Grassley asked about a report involving the PRC and fake driver's licenses. Dir Patel declassified the report. Where we learned that in August of 2020, the FBI learned from a collaborative source, who said they heard it from someone else, who in turn HEARD IT FROM A 3RD PERSON that the PRC was going to use Tiktok user profiles to create fake driver's licenses in the US.

YOu can see how "I know a guy who knows a guy who knows a guy who heard that..." isn't anywhere near "beyond a shadow of a doubt." And maybe you don't have a tiktok account, but tiktok doesn't ask for your mailing address or even your driver's license number.

So...how would they get that information?
