Like all other acts that democrats push, it was anything but that. Infrastructure bill? No infrastructure funded. Affordable care act? Healthcare costs go up. Illinois’ “safe neighborhoods act” which makes it a crime to transport a gun except unloaded in the trunk of your car (effectively abolishing the right to keep and BEAR arms) — crime went up.

Just real quick, who do you think voted for this in the House & Senate? Like, who made up the majority of the Yes votes?

At the time, (January, 1994) the House and Senate were under Democrat control.

Who pushed it and refused to veto it when Union's BEGGED him not to sign it? JAILBAIT BILL CLINTON.
