I think short hair 'may' be a turn-off for men in general...not just conservatives. Maybe not, but I think men prefer longer hair. It is just a feminine characteristic so for that reason, I think men like it.

2. There really aren't tests for personality/compatibility...you just have to get to know the person and decide for yourself if he or she has similar ideas, goals, morals to you and if you get along, have fun, and do not argue much about things.

" Do you both want to have children?" That is an important question to ask as that could be a dealbreaker for a relationship if one of you doesn't want kids and the other one does.

Also, look for the 'spark' of attraction....if it is not there, it would be difficult to 'create it' later. If you have it, you can kindle it and it will last a lifetime.

And if you are both 'in love' and want to commit to each other and not date anyone else, you can get married and hopefully live happily ever after.

You pulled up a bunch of stock photos and then made claims about the people in them including; that they are feminists, they don't have sex, they don't have kids, they aren't married, they don't date, and they don't have fun. I understand the point you were trying to make, but it doesn't make sense to make assumptions about someone's personal life based on the amount of hair they have. Why make the claim that all bald women are single?

1. The point of withholding sex is to protest women's rights. It's peaceful and doesn't harm anyone. Personally, I don't believe it will change anything since it only affects them. Either way, I don't really care since it's a minority and doesn't affect me. Not all liberal women are doing this.

My original question was about people complaining about women shaving their hair in protest. I mainly just want to know why it bothers so many people.

Why? Deep seated insecurities regarding sexuality - whether orientation, ability, or just basic attractiveness. When a culture peaks in their high school years and it's downhill from there, well that is all there is to go by.

I was trying to illustrate how choices are maybe not perfect yet some are much better than others. There was zero 'privilege' inferred...that is a liberal buzz word that holds no gravitas with me.
