He put cheese on a raw burger, the grill aint even on and he deleted the photo from twitter. That tells me everything I need to know.

Maybe someone thought of taking the picture randomly before the burgers were done and they threw that piece of cheese on without thinking about it. Maybe his wife.. who knows.

Also I'm not sure the grill was off. Some grills have pieces of metal over the flame that protects it from stuff dripping on it (to help protect the burner from rusting out) but which also blocks the flame . Also the hotdogs have grill marks so idk....
