I can answer this, the weapon being banned is only banned because of how it looks, the actual % of people that are "murdered" with an ar15 style rifle is like .03 % people are murdered by hand guns far far more often, yet those are ignored. It is a test legislation to see what they can get away with banning. If people let fear dictate what rights we can use and have and depend on govenrments to keep us safe from ourselves.. , the government has an opening to complete control, because they can turn anything into fear.
