My only reason to believe it was faked was the way it all went down. Trump got shot, briefly falls, there's no visible panic from the audience, and then he gets back up and does a photo op. Also, the shooter being a registered Republican, and Trump wasn't actually hit by the bullet, but by broken glass caused by the bullet. That being said though, since there were other people hurt and one even dead (my condolences to them), I'm more inclined to believe it wasn't staged
