No, we think Biden is senile fs. The trans-rights narrative is usually used as a fear tactic to push liberals to vote for democratic candidates that don't align with their values. In reality, transphobia from real people is more likely to stop trans ppl from getting healthcare than age limits to certain surgeries.

The only real pressing issue legally is banning the use of puberty blockers for trans women specifically due to the nature of male puberty being irreversible but female puberty being the default. Trans women without access to puberty blockers are far more at risk to transphobia because of this.

So the real solution is for conservatives to either ignore or be nice to trans ppl.
