Trump borrowed money and paid it back in full & on time. It was the bank's responsibility to value assets. There was no real estate fraud. Democrats are turning the US into the 3rd world. This is dangerous.

I don't support or defend Donald Trump, but using the legal system to persecute the opposition is very dangerous. Democratic leadership is too stupid to know this is going to blow up in their faces. They are betting the stability of the nation to stay in power.

Current Federal Court cases or investigations under Biden (besides trump):

Henry Cuellar TX (D)
Bob Menendez NJ (D)
Cori Bush MI (D)
Hunter Biden (D) GUILTY!
1 up, 5d
Mind you, he's referring to State court cases, specifically, in New York.

Also in New York, they're currently investigating (former) Governor Andrew Cuomo (D) as well as Mayor Eric Adams (D).

Ain'tcha heard, there is absolutely nobody here on this planet that supports or defends Trump. Literally. Which is a good thing really, because if they did, time to two-ply the Kevlar head to toe when going out to buy groceries.

This is dangerous. It's as if someone is consciously trying to destroy the nation. Biden is a scummy politician on his last leg, and Trump is a lying con artist who thinks he's the messiah. Both Parties are corrupt beyond redemption. It's a race for the bottom. This is how nations end.

Biden is backed by dangerous idiots. They have already done considerable damage. After all the lies, no one believes the government or the press anymore. Biden is weak. A weak leader is a danger to any nation.

Oh, wow, it's almost like we're left with only one single alternative.
Gee, I wonder who that could be?

hmmm, an inept tool backed by those who lack the reasoning capacity to do anything of significance and that nobody takes seriously vs somebody who wanted to end the United States government and utilize his favorite despots as models for how to reconstruct said government.

I can see your dilemma.

Modda, using the legal system to eliminate an opponent is the definition of despotism.

If nothing else maybe this will get right wingers actually interested in reforming the justice system and programs like the Innocence Project to help stop wrongful convictions..

Ok..... it's a nice dream anyway 😂 I don't actually think their outrage about (alleged) injustices actually goes anywhere beyond trump.

Unless..... I wonder if there's any "shall not be infringed" type right wing gun nuts out there currently defending Hunter Biden. 🤔

I think Hunter lied about being a crackhead to get a gun permit. Is that correct?

You "don't care that a crackhead lied", nor that he quit drugs, doesn't even own the gun in question anymore, and completely disregard "shall not be infringed"......... Cool.

I don't care that a con artist lied...
nor that his loan was paid back.

They were found guilty.

LOCK THEM UP!

Trump has a team of lawyers and accountants to keep him out of trouble. He may be a con artist, but he does everything within the law. The charges against him are total BS and won't stand up to appeal. Democrats know this. They are trying to keep him tied up in courts until the election. This is obvious to anyone not suffering from TDS.

"So why can't can't they nail Trump for anything worse than an accounting error? How about insurrection or inciting a riot?"

1. Keep in mind there are still 3 more indictments that he is awaiting trial for.

But I'm sure the response from the right will be the same for those even if trump loses the election, the trials proceed, and he is found guilty in any of those.

It'll basically be the same status quo as it has been for 8 years. Anything which could be seen as negative to trump is labeled "fake news".... as in: "Oh he was found guilty? Again? Fake news. The judge, jury, and trial are corrupt. "

2. Trump seems to have an uncanny ability to slither out of his legal problems relatively unscathed. Somehow he seemed to be able to repeatedly violate that gag order. Talking sh*t about the judge... even
dragging their daughter into it. Idk. Some might call that the "two tiered justice system".....

https://youtube.com/shorts/hR83TssFcog?si=H0X2kytB6kNACE27

3. Some of the lawyers and such are taking the L for dear leader, keeping their mouth shut... becoming forgetful.. Cohen didn't. But others who are either loyalists or need or want $$$ might not flip like Cohen.

And sure.... some might consider giving potential witnesses various forms of financial gains "bribery".. but hey... we're talking trump here so it's all good. Plus if he gets elected there is a decent possibility pardons will get handed out.....

So why can't can't they nail Trump for anything worse than an accounting error? How about insurrection or inciting a riot?"

The January 6th Capitol Hill Riot/insurrection case has been held up by the Supreme Court in order for them to settle a matter which they already settled, that is, Trump's immunity or not.

The Classified Documents case, which for some strange reason is to be held in Florida despite being an ultra-federal crime, is being slowly dragged out by an inept Trump appointee unqualified for such cases.

The Georgia "Asking for 11,780 fake votes" case has been up in the air for months with the prosecution romance drama saga.

Trump's team? You're joking right....? His entire circle seems to have mugshots and criminal records.

And his fake university got shut down in like... 2011.... Was that election tampering too?

When he got sued in the 80s for racial discrimination... was that TDS ?

Even the firm auditing the company that owns his scam DJT stock just recently got busted and had to be replaced. Was it those sneaky democrats again?

But ya idk how you can bring up trump's team in the context of "doing everything within the law" and keep a straight face.

Fun story; the law doesn't require a crime to have been charged to be convicted of a conspiracy to cover up a crime.

Like, say you have some friends who robbed a bank, and you helped cover up the robbery, you can still get charged for the conspiracy to cover up the crime, even though you're not charged with robbing the bank.

It's literally why we have the saying "the cover up is worse than the crime."

President Trump was convicted of an accounting violation. Payment to Stormy Daniels through Cohen was labeled as a legal expense instead of a campaign expense.

Was elevated to a felony because of “intent” to conceal another crime. The 3 elevating crimes were tax evasion, falsifying business records, and interfering with elections. They were not disclosed until the final arguments. Jurors were instructed to pick one of the 3 crimes. They did not have to agree on which crime Trump was guilty of.

The prosecution did not need to prove these 3 crimes were committed — only that there was the “intent” to commit or conceal an additional crime. The only witness for "intent" was Michael Cohen. Cohen admitted lying to Congress and stealing $50K from Donald Trump.

My favorite is a gag order on a defendant , gag orders are meant to protect defendants , not silence them

While I, State of New York and the jury, disagree with your presenting it as an accounting violation, you got it!

See, you do understand what happened and why.
1 up, 5d
An accounting violation was elevated to a felony because of "intent" to conceal crimes that Trump was never accused of committing. It's not spin. That's exactly what happened. Refute the facts or shut up.

Trump was convicted of trying to cover up a crime he was never accused of. The Democratic leadership is trying to use the legal system to eliminate the opposition. These are facts you can't refute. Modda, your only strategy so far is to try to divert attention with illogical, emotional arguments.

Already did. Half a dozen times yet? More?
You've even taken to dividing your one single scripted response into smaller parts for posting after I said what how many times?

Darko also responded, as did whistlelock. Numerous times.
Yet you keep reposting the same copypaste (or segments of now) as your reply.

4095 court cases since 1973? 1973 courtesy of Nixon's DOJ, of all things, for racial discrimination with rental property. In fact, if it wasn't for that case, we would have never heard of Donald J Trump.

Modda, Was Trump found guilty of "intent" to conceal a crime he was never accused of, or was he not? You will never answer this directly. You will always try to divert.

But the 6th amendment does.
