If teachers had that much power over children, the kids would always do their homework, do the reading outside of class, and get all their projects turned in on time.

Which funnels all those tax dollars into their donors pockets.

Effective instruction on necessary subject matter with as few distractions as possible.

Teachers used command order, then demanded order, then struggled to maintain order, but now they are part of the disorder.
