While some insurrections involved weapons and death, not all insurrections involve weapons and death.
Just like how all chocolate chip cookies are cookies, not all cookies have chocolate chips.
Claiming that an insurrection must have weapons and death is a BS talking point you got from Fox. It's nonsense. You can have a violent insurrection without guns. Or swords.

But there's a ton of evidence that Trump and his cronies planned it out. Because they wrote it all down. They emailed & texted each other about it. They had meetings where they took notes. We even know the exact day Trump decided on this plan. BECAUSE HE TWEETED ABOUT IT.
At exactly 1:42 a.m. on Dec. 19, 2020 after a 6 hour meeting.
"Big protest in D.C. on January 6th" he tweeted. "Be there, will be wild!"

In several cases, records from the criminal proceedings have referenced how Trump's tweet motivated rioters to make plans to come to Washington, D.C., and, in some cases, to gather weapons and body armor ahead of the trip.
You don't need to gin up a vague shadow conspiracy. There's one right there. They wrote it all down. Multiple Republicans have testified under oath that it happened.
