The F.B.I. Did prove it -- as was announced on television -- but Comey decided that HE would not indict Hillary Clinton BECAUSE she was Hillary Clinton.

They actually very much didn't, as they stated several times. And after something like fifteen congressional hearings on it, even Congressional Republicans admitted on record that they got nothing.

You need to prove it. In court, not on the internet. If you don't prove it, nothing happens - not because she's Hillary Clinton, not because you didn't prove it.

No. Comey set forth Hillary's violations of the law and then said that no reasonable prosecutor would indict her . . . reasonable translating as "We do not do THAT to important upper level Democrats."

No translation was necessary: he didn't have a case! That's what it said! It didn't lay out a case and then say "but don't use any of my work", it said this is what she's done, this is what the law is, and this is why we can't charge her with anything.

I don't think you understand how that works. You get immunity in exchange for giving evidence. You can still use that evidence for a case if you have one.

The computer guys gave evidence that they erased the hard drives and got immunity for their testimony. Once they had immunity they had no reason to flip on Hillary
