Whoa, this meme is marked NSFW. I did not mark it NSFW. What is going on @imgflip? I have a political meme submitted and I just checked it and it is marked NSFW as well.

Modda, let me be extremely clear on this...

I DID NOT MARK MY OWN MEMES WITH NSFW.

I posted two memes today and found the first one featured had been marked NSFW. I then went to the other one that I had submitted and I found it to be also marked NSFW. You can see that it is not clicked NSFW above but is marked below. I am attaching a meme of it prior to its posting. It had apx 15 views by Mods prior to posting and then they finally posted it

I WOULD HAVE NO REASON TO LABEL MY OWN MEMES W/ NSFW AS IT LIMITS VIEWS SUBSTANTIALLY AS YOU SHOULD KNOW.

I hope this clears it up for you and I await your apology.

Since I've seen a fair number of conservative memes lately marked NSFW for absolutely no reason, I'm inclined to believe there's a mod greatly overstepping their authority and intentionally reducing visibility to memes with no justification.

Pretty much Politics Stream mods are now openly siding with leftists when it comes to 'interpreting' the TOS regulations. They get away with this because it's all just -- wink, wink -- judgment calls.

Hypocrisy in overdrive!

Nah . . . our leftists will simply ignore the facts or justify this via the universal Cultural Marxist principle of, "Nothing is EVER wrong when a leftist does it!"

Justice Thomas has 109 summited trips. Sotomayor has 40+ in one third the time.

According to CNN, they have noted that it is interesting she didn’t recuse herself, nor did conservative Judge Gorsuch whom both had individual publishing deals with the same company.

They also noted that Judge Breyer’s recusal came from the fact he actually owned stock in a company or partner which is why his recusal was paramount and Gorsuch and Sotomayor’s were not. Article also noted that Barrett and Jackson also have books in the works and are likely to use the same publisher.

It is possible that the money they received from the publishing deals would not be directly effected no matter the outcome which might be a reason for why they were exempt from recusal.

Know thy enemy.

If you claim the left have double standards by pretending Sotomayer did nothing wrong, then I expect CNN at the very least to validate that claim.

Interestingly, CNN was quite informative. At least this time.

And didn’t even have to form an opinion for me.

Curious, is it not? My fellow free-thinker?

Oh. No.

Don't hold the SCOTUS accountable.

Whatever you do, don't lobby Republicans in the House to propose a law to hold them accountable to an external ethics board like all the other Federal judges.

That's exactly what the Libs don't want you to do.

But screw those libs!

Own them!

Make the SCOTUS accountable!

Pssst . . . 3rd INDEPENDENT branch of government . . . not the play toy of Dem Party WOKE, SJW, Politically correct jackasses in the House or Senate.

PSSST every Federal Judge, you know, that 3rd INDEPENDENT branch, has oversight.

By law.

Except the Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court needs to be held accountable to the same standards that every other Federal Judge is held to.

By law.

You don't understand. It would take a constitutional amendment.
2 ups, 12mo
Congress currently has oversight on the Executive and Judicial branches.

Why would they need a constitutional amendment to do what they do right now?

You can read about it here: https://sgp.fas.org/crs/misc/97-936.pdf

The by equal leftist logic the Supreme Court controls the Legislative and Executive branches and thus can outlaw Dem Party Cultural Marxism as detrimental to the long term health of the nation. Separate but equal MEANS separate but equal . . . not subservient upon the whim of Dem Party injured feeeeeeeeeeelings.

Muh dude.

What do you think the House Judiciary Committee actually does?

LIke, right now.

What's their job?

And what about the Senate Committee on the Judiciary?

What do you think they do?

They do more than advise and consent to nominations to the bench.

I'll give you a word scramble hint. Then you can puzzle it out. Once you have it unscrambled, you can then do some Google searches to figure out what they do.

word scramble hint: oversight. Judicial. of. the. branch.
