Repeating your ignorance won't make it any less, well, ignorant.
Spanish are actually very light, and have Celtic roots. The stereotype of the 'Spanish Dancer' is of Roma, which you would call "Gypsie," incidentally, also from India.
Sicilians are Greek in origin, and given the latitude, like everyone native to the region (note above ref to Spanish orig being Celt), they're tend toward quite tannable. Add an admixture of Roman, Moor, and Norman, among a whole mess of others, and voila,,,
