Called monkeypox because "discovered" in monkeys. Claimed it spread to humans through dogs and such. Sounds legit. Not at all some generic symptoms repackaged to sell smallpox vaccines which they said they eradicated decades ago thanks too...wait for it....vaccines (nothing like Cough HIV, polio, flu, cough).

That person is also missing the point that once you get a pox, recover, don't get it again. Smallpox aside though in terms of surviving that without medication or a vaccine. That why people that get chicken pox as children don't get shingles nearing age 50+ since the two are basically the same.

Only people who had chicken pox get shingles which is why it is important to vaccinate children so they never have to worry about it.
