Five years should be more than enough time for a yes/no on a vaccine and the MP Vaccine was given a Yes.

The next thing is vaccinated levels. You have to get a population to over 80% vaccinated. Has there been the time to get 80% of any population vaccinated?

Keep in mind the incredible effort we've had to put behind a covid vaccination, and that's with an active pandemic killing thousands every day.

No, there hasn't been "time" for it to make a dent. it's only just become available, and the locations where it's originating don't have fantastic infrastructure to deliver a vaccine at a large scale rapidly.
