Let's see: 18 months, 64 lost court cases, 8 lost state recounts and 12 missed re-instatements of tRump as potus. you might be a slow adult if you still believe the Big Lie.

They were wearing GLOVES?!?
They were taking PICTURES?!?
They were putting ballots in BOXES?!?

What did the state say about that? I mean, CLEARLY this is evidence of box stuffing, right?

What did the state say, again?

And, remind me, what did the founder of True the Vote, the group founded to find voter fraud and who combed through this very footage, say? What did she say?

Here, I'll remind you: “I want to make very clear that we’re not suggesting that the ballots that were cast were illegal ballots,” Catherine Engelbrecht said.

And what's the state law concerning wearing gloves?

And what's the state law concerning taking pictures?

And what's the state law concerning who can and cannot drop off a ballot?

Remind me, again?

So how come not one minute of that footage has been submitted to a courtroom?

No, they refused to even see the evidence.

Typically illogical.

First, you claim one thing (that the footage has not been submitted in a courtroom):

"So how come not one minute of that footage has been submitted to a courtroom?"

Then, say something completely the opposite (that the footage was submitted, but ruled out):
"So submit it to a federal court. Oh wait, you did that, and they ruled that the evidence was terrible"

*This* is precisely why there can be no rational conversation with the left.

They are never going to accept it. To them they rather see the country come to complete ruin than having it being successfully lead by someone from the opposite party. Their pride overrides reason.

Yes. And that is one of the defining traits of TDS.

Well, you do keep making excuses for an election that’s been investigated, audited, and certified time and time again.

It’s hard to keep track of what it is you’re claiming.

Whether or not the evidence exists or if it was submitted.

What you say is evidence does not prove the claim that is being made. And when it has been submitted to courts, time and time again excuses are made as to why the evidence failed to validate the claims.

Just do what every American is going to do in November of 2024 and vote Biden out.

And if we have less voter turnout out and Biden remains the popular vote, it will be the fault of the people pushing the bogus nationwide election fraud claims. Not fraud striking again.

Especially with the new Voting ID laws being put in place.

They do if you're alleging that county courts aren't doing their job, as you have here. And the fact that you didn't know that means you haven't even tried.
6 ups, 2y
That would be a separate case and you'd have to get the Injustice department to file sedition charges. Those haven't been filed in centuries.

no, they don't only if they change the voting law approved by the state under the US and state constitution.

......... I don't think you understand how the appeals system works then. If a county court failed to uphold the law even on a county level, you can take it to a higher court.

Or maybe you finally just admitted that no regional election laws were broken and everything's fine. It's hard to tell what you're trying to say sometimes.

you can only appeal an active case ruling or one that has been disposed of .if no case is started there can be no appeal to federal courts.

....so go start that. These things aren't decided on internet websites, they're settled in court. Stop using a fear of failure as an excuse to push shitty evidence that wouldn't win a court case but is somehow supposed to convince me.

Good. Because you're supposed to convince a judge. In court. And you've still not done that.

the courts ruled individuals could not file challenges to balloting results in Favarto-Voyles vs Ga. "The judge ruled that these citizens had no standing to protect their constitutional rights under the Georgia Constitution because they could not point to ‘particularized injury’."

Well, if only there were 70 other lawsuits trying to use the exact same evidence to get somewhere.

To what? They already released the movie, they have your money. They're not going to spend it on court fees. It's over. It was over a year and a half ago.

Yes it is over a year and a half, but it is still voter fraud and a rigged election that has been and currently is costing the country, its people, and foreign nations heavily. We can only learn so that it does not repeat next election.

Trump allegedly knew about it all they way back in 2016 and did nothing but complain. So, I guess we won’t learn anything.

Except to say an election is illegitimate if the individual person or group is unhappy with the result.

Nah.... I'm human.
Off the top of my head the last thing I was definitely wrong about was the unemployment %.

I thought it was currently at 3.5% and referenced that a couple times in comments but it looks like its actually at 3.6%.

I could've sworn I read something saying it was 3.5.... anyways hopefully you can forgive me for this heinous crime.
