But no, I wouldn't say global demand increasing faster than production, nor turmoil among oil producing countries, nor cutting off Russian oil was Trump's fault. US oil production did crash while he was president but it has been increasing ever since, including now. It simply has not increased as quickly as demand.

I have my theories, but it could be a whole slew of people or just a couple specific. Barack Obama's third term. I don't see it as a joke as you do, though.

If he is being controlled by someone and it's Obama, cool. I don't know why Obama would have had Biden end the war in Afghanistan now instead of doing it himself back then though. Pretty sure it would've had more or less the same end result... It would've saved billions of dollars though.
