The anti-Trump media was absolutely horrid during Trump's presidency and it remains rabidly leftist. Teachers are generally liberal and are influencing our kids negatively w/ CRT and gender orientation. TMI for tots...it is fine to teach history but not victimhood and hatred for white people and America. No place for CRT in schools...kids need to learn how to read & write, etc. and not be pressed to be SJWs.

I tried to explain why I interpreted things differently than you do from my perspective.

I do not believe that the conservative media hides important events / facts / news like the liberal media. The media is driven by "The Agenda".... if it is not supportive of liberal policies or goals, they will not report it. They did not report about Hunter's laptop even though they had the information prior to the election. There are countless other examples but that was the first that came to mind. Didn't you find it interesting to see Trump suing Hillary, etc.? Definitely deserved and I hope he takes her for a long profitable ride and others who harassed, lied, and disrupted his four years in office with their silly and unwarranted impeachments.

Your second point confirmed exactly what I said....teaching children to hate white people and America is just plain wrong and it is not based on fact. And to answer your question, it is definitely teaching hatred and making people feel like victims. Democrats tend to love keeping populations angry and feeling victimized because it's hard to succeed when you are a victim....

"Conservative media" still covers all the "news" that the liberal media covers. The main problem is by and large, both entities are still part of the same corrupt system, and they both cover the same controversial non-issues, rather than delivering the facts and important information people actually need.

It's all rigged, much like how typically a presidential election only provides two crappy candidates who always happen to win by a narrow margin.

One side is most definitely WORSE than the other and I think you know which side that is, Taleladar. Just look at the vaccine coverage and distortion of the truth about jabs. Look how the media doesn't call out a president with dementia acting like a control freak w/ mandates, race stipulations on VP's & Supreme Court nominees and on and on. Trump was not a 'crappy candidate' IMO and he was setting a lot of things right until the installed POTUS took over after a stolen election. I'm speaking in generalities here, in case that wasn't clear. Well, obviously it wasn't. Trump was unique, and a godsend.

But I meant candidates like Obama vs Romney, Obama vs McCain, John Kerry vs GWBush, Al Gore vs GWBush, more Bushes, more Clintons, Goldwater, Nixon, Carter........

And I'm not so sure Fox News was actually covering the vaccines properly. If they were ACTUALLY articulating and giving people the evidence for how unsafe and ineffective they were, we would have NEVER had vaccine mandates.

And yes, I would say the conservative news was more fair on supreme court nominees.. but ultimately I still call it a non-issue. The leftist media fueled and perpetuated all the garbage, and the rightwing media merely reported on that.

For young US black men, being killed by the police is the 6th leading cause of death. Black people are much more likely to be pulled over, arrested, and or killed by the police. About half of unarmed people killed by police are black or a racial minority. Even the architects of the drug war openly admitted blacks were a target.

Black and brown people are the majority population in US prisons, and slavery continues through prison labor and a loophole in the 13th Amendment. Black people are more likely to be targeted for arrest through predictive policing measures, more likely to be wrongfully convicted, handed a worse sentence than a white person for the same crime and are more likely to be sentenced to death. This overrepresentation in the criminal system carries over from the aftermath of slavery, to keep blacks subjugated and maintain their forced labor.

Black and minority districts receive less funding than white districts, especially when it comes to education. And black kids are more likely to be suspended or arrested at school. These communities are kept in poverty by design. Also, ‘black names’ are less likely to receive a response from an employer on a resume.

This is the Inconvenient Truth surrounding crime but leftists usually don't gravitate towards truth as emotions guide their way. NYC and Chicago spend far more funding per pupil (regardless of color) than rural Iowa and Iowa has much better educational achievement. More money does not equal a better education or NYC thugs would be geniuses.

What you're doing would make sense if I had asked you, "who are your favorite African-American public figures?" but like you said, we are talking about systemic racism.

unfortunately statistics prove african americans are more involved in crime than other races. its not racist its just a fact. when a certain race is more involved with police they are automatically more likely to killed by a police officer. and george floyd died from the drugs in his bloodstream.

There is no racial oppression in the US. Hasn't been for a while.
There are individuals that are racist, but you do so much as pass up a minority for a hire these days and you get your pants sued off of you.

Granted, the playing field is not level. Legally level yes, but racists exist, so racism exists. Is it as bad as the media would have us believe? Not even close. Bottom line is that the playing field is more level than it's ever been. It's still harder for some of the so-called minority groups to pull themselves up by the bootstraps than it is for some of the white folks (but there are plenty of dead broke white folks... believe me, I know since I was one of them!) or even some other so-called minority groups. But that doesn't mean that it can't be done. It absolutely can be done.

The question for any person has to be, are you going to sit around and whine until you feel the playing field is level? Or worse yet, whine until you get that handout? Or are you going to do something to make your lot in life better? Control your own destiny? We know which way you will go.
