I think they see the traditional sizes not selling and the slim fit or very slim fit selling more and switch over to making more of what sells better. Trust me, if you wear over a size 40-42 jacket the only suits they make are for guys with massive heart disease fat bellies. It was not like that years ago. Everything now is size chest size 42 and under) and extra slim fit (because of Ritalin). Or made for guys with heart disease waists over 40” (because everyone else is a slob).
