Depends on what you mean by “care” if you mean properly train, exercise, and work dogs than more Republicans care about dogs than Democrats, if you mean never train, exercise, or socialize your obese Corgi or reactive APBT than yeah I mean Democrats are real animal lovers.

Well, mainly just talking from personal experience. Like, there’s this guy in my neighborhood who’s seems to constantly wear a MAGA hat and he has two perfectly off-leash trained Italian import Cani Corsi, but on the other hand there’s this girl across the street from me with an APBT mix that jumps the fence all the time and chases after people. Her car has a planned parenthood sticker, BLM sticker, and a pride flag sticker so that’s why I’m pretty sure she’s a lib.

To further my point, think of Garret Wing and Stonnie Dennis they’ve said some clearly right-wing stuff. But, there’s also other trainers like Robert Cabral who openly talk about supporting the police. Now, there are some pretty popular left-wing trainers, but they’re all positive-reinforcement only trainers who’ve never actually tried training a seriously reactive Cane Corso, Belgian Malinois, Thai Ridgeback, or similar breed.

Joel Beckman, at least on his social media, but not like direct YouTube videos or seminars or anything, has said some pretty right-wing stuff as well.
