Answer to questions:
#1: there is none
#2: retain victim-hood status and welfare benefits.

The answers gonna make people angry. I love it how I, a Hispanic, came here as a kid not knowing the language and there are American black families that still living under poor conditions and they had a much better start than me, heck I never even got government benefits and my mom was single at that time with 2 kids! Then black people have the audacity to claim I am taking their jobs!

The hell you say? You mean Black Americans have more privilege than immigrants? They have American Privilege, we must deconstruct that and remove all traces of black privilege.

You can't have (on average) 50,000+ black millionaires per state and say there is structural racism.

Surprised Leftist Hollywood let Bob Hearts Abolisha last as long as it did -
1) African family legally immigrates to the US.
2) The adults in the African family all have jobs(Abolisha is a RN) except for Abolisha's parents who are too old to work. And it didn't mean her parents are just leechers either. They worked all their lives in Africa and according to them it wasn't easy most of the time.
3) They're Christians and I don't mean in the usual nasty Hollywood stereotype of a Christian.

The left could learn a lot from this man. Yet he is scorned by the wealthy, privileged elites that run the democrat party, and their propaganda arm, aka the media. Which means, sadly, that most will never benefit from his wisdom. Sadly, the ones who need it the most, are the ones being kept in ignorance by their liberal / DNC / big tech overlords.

I don't have a problem with African Americans claiming that structural racism exists. I have a problem with them claiming that it only affects/affected their ethnic group and that it is the cause of their perceived failure to thrive.

If he did, it's probably run by the same people claiming there is systemic racism in that area.
