Two, there are plenty of people in office, both Democrats, Republicans, Independents who understand the system is broken and want to make small changes over time to fix it.

Nah. He lost money because the dems made it impossible to be profitable in the construction business with endless regulations. He tried paying them off, but that didn't work, so he ran for president and instituted the remove two to add one regulation rule.
