As for the spa, if you live somewhere that lets trans people use the all nude spa, and you don't want to risk seeing a trans person's parts then don't go to the all nude spa.

A trans woman is still a male (or intersex).
A trans man is still a female. This is not a contradiction. This is literally what the words mean. Sex is genetic and you can't change that. Nobody thinks you can.

If you call a tail a leg you are doing something that we aren't - renaming something biological. Gender isn't biology - that is sex.

Who is forced? A few places have laws that affect employers and require them to comply with gender, but nothing that impacts the general public.
