Yes he did and he planned on doing things to ensure the Afghanistan government was ready. I know facts and reality isn't your strong suit but if you do the research, I know you can come to terms with reality.

Many people here seem to claim trump (or whoever) could've would've should've done it better than Biden..... And yet nobody else DID. Biden took the bullet. Real conservatives are probably thanking him in secret for putting an end to that money pit.
