Republicans pay far more attention to the squad than I do. I don't live in one of their cities.
If there is any such activity in one of their districts, you could argue they should speak out, but otherwise, no. I mean they could and that would be great.
Otherwise though, I don't expect a Texas Representative to apologize for something someone in Georgia did. I forget where I read it, but one of the squad said once they were tired of apologizing for others. She said something to the effect of "I can never apologize enough to satisfy the people who think I should; and it sets a precedent that I'm somehow linked to or responsible for groups I'm born into. Christians don't apologize for individual Christians in America; White people don't apologize for other groups of white people, so why should I?"
Hitler promised to clear the red tape and fund the police. He did that and brown shirts assisted the police (I forget the full capacity, but they were pretty much deputized). Much of this was do to the fear of Marxism.
Fascism is a nationalist movement usually focuses on racial identity. The left usually isn't nationalist and is more internationalist than an embracer of racial identity. These are generalizations though.
So, while Marxist accusation is prone to make me roll my eyes, philosophically it is much closer an accusation than Fascist.
Has nothing to do with it: Why do you get to pick the scope? You are pointing out something that happened in "Joe Biden's America", I'm doing the same for Trump. I could point out that all of the BLM protests and riots happened in Trump' America if you prefer.
