The last time we had nuclear it hurt PA hard (1970's 2/3 plants got damaged and leaked) so they built no more nuclear plants

This meme makes very little sense. The main cause of the grid failure was that cold weather knocked out gas-powered plants where maintenance had been avoided in order to increase profits. Wind turbines played only a minor role, and solar energy was not even a factor.
