No, you don't have the right to overthrow the government. That's sedition/insurrection.
Correction* You do have the right. You also have the right be thrown in jail as your actions are based on something that hasn't been proven in any court of law.
432 Whites shot to death by police. 66% of killings
226 Blacks shot to death by police. 34% of killings
This dataset total: 658
Percentile of black population in the US 13%
Percentile of black population in the US 73%
13 goes into 73 5.61 times. So, if we made the populations equal....
Factor 5.61 into 226....
1,267.
Populations being equal.... How many more African Americans were killed in 2019 if pops were equal?
432 whites + 1267 black = 1699
1267/1699.
74%
Whether or not you accept the data is irrelevant as the match that lit the fire was George Floyd who, if you forgot, was slowly killed by asphyxiation which put the cause of BLM on full display. And Breonna Taylor as well. I could name many, many more. Mind you, the above numbers are only in reference to those who were killed. Not measuring which was excessive or not. It exists, whether you want to acknowledge it or not. ib4 "Voter fraud exists whether you acknowledge it or not." It exists every year. But not to the scale you describe. Ib4 "Excessive force exists, not to the scale you describe." As if you could compare political power. The difference is people around the world saw it live on camera. We have been seeing it for years. Loss of political power as it has swung like the pendulum it has for many years is no reason to do what MAGA did.
Every election it's always the same "Democrats are gonna take your guns away, they're gonna turn the country into communists and socialists. Never happens. Why? Because even if they wanted that (which they don't) there are checks and balances to prevent this. Even moreso now with a 6/3 supreme court in MAGA favor.
That's quite a disproportionate number.
