It depends. If you’re Marxist, you’re definitely falling for a trick because Marx was literally a Satanist and has written things like “All things that are should perish.” He was an authoritarian and a dictator. And most on the radical left are Marxists and are very open about it. As a Christian I believe Marx was more devastating to the planet than Darwin.
It also tells people that we aren’t very successful as a country and need to be like other countries, when we are the most successful country ever. It is about making wealth equalized, which is how to go to a third world country. The rich can’t take care of all the poor people in this country (who are not really poor compared to other countries).
It also divides people into basically two categories: people who either feel terrible about themselves, or victims. Neither are good philosophies for growth.

There’s a lot more but these are some of the problems I have with leftism. I don’t like liberalism, but at least it is better than leftism.

First off, that wasn’t relevant. I never brought that up. But since you did, this is by no means the same thing. Saved and unsaved is based on what each person individually does, whereas what I said about the left has to do with taking blame for ethnicity, which does not have to have anything to do with yourself specifically.
