Evidence is used in trials. It's up to the judge or jury to decide if it's credible.

Are you unaware of the rules of evidence in court? Each side that presents evidence to support their claims must defend that evidence or see it thrown out. This is why the rules for handling evidence rely so heavily on chain of custody - so the integrity of the evidence can't be called into question. When that's off the table, each side must provide expert witnesses to either defend their evidence, or invalidate evidence presented by the opposing side.

Pulling evidence out of your ass - sure, if it's relevant to the case. Otherwise, you'll have the opposing council make you look like a fool - and your credibility will suffer with the judge and the jury if you do it too many times (one or more).

I spent a number of years as a forensic examiner for the courts in both civil and criminal cases. Being forced to trust lawyers is a good way to go broke.

I believe they are accurate, but it would be beneficial to have citation to back it up. Since he obviously got those number from somewhere, I don't know why he can't be bothered to post a link (or two) to lend credibility.
He is right in that there is evidence, but it is being ignored. (I'm not sure about the numbers, but there are multiple accounts of counting taking place without observation as required) The evidence may not be of outright fraud, but errors and oversights that are so blatant as to qualify as criminal negligence.

I'd like to see some of those accounts substantiated. Until then, I believe they're all paranoid pareidolia and/or Russian disinformation.

The truth is you are pro Trump and for free elections or you are a slave, a communist or a coward, some people know all of those fit them but more important than any of those terms is our future. The hard truth is this election was never about Trump, love him or hate him, he is just one man. This election proved the deep state has unlimited power, they protect their own and consider all of us their cattle. We are at a point where the nation has no servants in office, it has subjects to rule. Some of us have a problem with that. some things are common sense, you really do not need that much hard data when you look at Biden's numbers, and compare them to past presidential elections, it just doesn't seem right. It is questionable, and if it is VERY questionable, then the hard numbers are only needed in court to present the case, which they are there and being presented but refused to appease those who have the $. Okay, I've seen no substantiated evidence that the election was fraudulent. Only statistical interpretations and questionable anecdotes. I think Biden won not on his own merits because trump is so egregiously terrible.

That said, I support the electronic voting machines being thoroughly investigated, as I haven't fully trusted them for decades. Yes, I still think Biden won, because I think trump cheated like he always does. If anything, I suspect machines changed Biden votes to trump.
