& with those votes - the State Electoral Counts. 17 & counting state Attorney Generals on board for Texas lawsuit. Supreme Court ruled the states to respond by yesterday 3PM.

Pretty sure state legislature and state supreme courts do have the authority to change election procedures tho’. I think it’s in the constitution or something.

Nope. Only the legislators. And the Wisconsin case - two counties didn't require the Absentee Ballot Request process (Milwalkee & Dane) to be completed - nor an In Person "witness" for the ballots. Per State law. These two counties decided to not follow the constitution accordingly.

Which means up to 220K votes are under suspicion. & these counties wouldn't allow the viewing of the envelopes used in the Early/Drop Box locations. Meaning anyone could have filled those out and dropped them in.

The Supreme Court also has say in what is and isn’t constitutional. Including local supreme courts that ruled on whether or not lessening the restrictions was constitutional. It did. Last year.

Except there were no exemptions for just for Milwaukee and Dane. These applied to the whole state given the Governor’s stay at home orders. You’re mixing up issues with the primary and general elections. In the general election, those who voted early or by mail drop off had to sign a statement that solidified that they had requested the ballot. And witnesses haven’t been a requirement on such ballots since the law was changed in 2016.

Only 60,000 votes are under suspicion as they were set aside in the recount to verify which ones had no witnesses and were mail-in. The margin of Biden’s victory is 154,188. Not enough to reverse in favor to Trump, thus rending the point throw out those ballots moot.
